ENERGY STAR EFFICIENT: Our model includes a 14-SEER AC unit, digital thermostat, efficient air filters, Low E dual pane vinyl MI Pro 5000 or similar performance series windows, R38 attic insulation, R19 sidewall batts and TechShield roof sheeting, 1” exterior foam, air barrier poly-sealing (doors, windows, bottom plates, and penetrations), sealing of return/supply cans and R6 flex ducts, Advanced Framing Techniques and Optimum Value Engineering DOE OEV standards. High Quality framing with 6 inch stubs, 16 inches on center to provide the quality construction you are looking for.
